What counts as a document?
Each `.sdf` file produced via the API or uploaded counts as one document. Reads, re-validations, and signature verifications on existing documents do not count toward the monthly quota.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes — upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You never lose access to your data when downgrading.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing gives roughly 20% off the monthly rate and is charged as a single payment upfront. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time; the opposite takes effect at your next renewal.
Is there a self-hosted option?
`sdf-server` is fully open-source and self-hostable. Enterprise plans include deployment assistance, security review, and SLA guarantees. The Etapsky API is the managed zero-ops path.
Are ERP connectors (SAP, Oracle) only on Business?
Yes — SAP S/4HANA and Oracle Fusion Cloud connectors are available on Business and Enterprise plans. They require a credential configuration step and count against your document quota when pushing to ERP.
Is my document data stored in the EU or US?
Etapsky API runs on AWS with data stored in eu-west-1 (Ireland) by default. Enterprise plans can request a dedicated region or BYOC (bring your own cloud) deployment.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise plans support wire transfer and purchase orders with net-30 payment terms.
